Has anyone had issues with the Expert Seed Company? I placed an order last week and sent them money through Venmo and they say they deliver in 48hrs. I have yet to receive an email acknowledging my order, I called them and they don’t answer the phone. 🤔

I was able to contact the Seedbank and it looks like I sent the payment to the wrong address. Although, if you look at instructions they give you for the payment, it is not clear where or who to send it to.

Not personally - but yes I see these posts of expert and Garden of green (sister companies) issues just like this on the questions it seems every week or two. That’s a BAD sign. GD needs to cut ties with them and quit advertising their ads

Maybe reach out to the official rep here. growdiaries.com/grower/expertseedbank I have heard some negative things about them. never grown them though and don't plan on it. I do have one gift seed by their sistering company garden of green or GOG. I don't expect much from it. Only thing that's weird is their official reps profile is only 8 months old and the main breeder profile and its reps profile have no comments on it. figured someone would have wrote something nice or otherwise on their page by now. Company seems fishy.

NOOOOOOO! DAM THEY GOT U TOO? LISTEN U AINT THE ONLY ONE COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDS. THEY HONESTLY STARTED GOOD BUT THEN IDK WHAT HAPPENED THEY FELL OFF BUT STILL STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEY BY TAKING ORDERS. CONSIDER THAT MONEY LOST AND FIND A TRUST WORTHY SEED BANK. BEST OF LUCK

3 years ago i had no problem. Was first purchas of seeds that i made. I didn't know better. Their GGxWW (ranamed since, i believe) had a nanner problem. They are the company claiming 500+ new strains? ... how they properly selected and bred and invested all the time and space necessary for 500 different strains is a bit far-fetched. Now, many, if not most, companies in this industry lie like fucking bastards, but some take it a bit too far. since this is early, i'd hold off on freaking out. You ahven't even got confirmation of order, so the "48hrs" hasn't started yet. I would email them with the order# and maybe a screenshot of the payment from your bank or wherever (do remove some information to avoid ID theft) and take it from there... at least get in touch with them first before thinking they are stealing your money. don't act like an entitled ass, either... do that wit wrong person and they'll fuck you... that's how ppl are raised nowadays.. like shit.
