No, not yet.
Wait another 2-3 weeks or until there are small "budlets" forming first.
Cannabis still needs adequate nitrogen in early flower and switching to "bloom" nutrients too early will cause issues later in in flowering.

Which fertilizer should be used in the early flowering stage?There is an autoflower plant that has just started to bloom. I water twice a week, one with fertilizer and one without fertilizer. Earthbox/SIP flower nutrient delivery method7 weeks in plants seem happy. Should I top dress with dry amendments for flower now to be preemptive?
