Canna Aqua users (Hydro) : What Ec do you start with ?

I usually feed them with "Canna Start" at the beginning and when they are 8-9 days old I use "Canna Aqua" with 0.8 ec (+0.3 tap water) but this time it overfed them. What's your EC when you start nutrition ?

Feed nutes or water ? New soil fairly moist past the top dry inch, might have overwatered after repot. Added CalMag sparingly. Top light sitting at 24&quot Keep feeding nutes now that there's new ferted soil or just water (with Rhizo each time)? Half strength at most once a week. Fan leave tips starting to yellow/brown but don't think it's nute burn. She's a bit tiny for being 6 week. Could CFLs be too close? 3-4 inch. Thanks :D
