Based on the ingredients in the stonington blend it seems like you can get away with just plain watering until these autoflowers kick into their blooms cycle. Autos prefer a light feed in the beginning. The soil you’re using should have enough food in it to get you past the vegetative period. Once you get into the bloom cycle you can start to feed your girls the Fox Farm bloom nutrients at 1/4-1/2 strength. If you have a ppm/ec pen try to keep it around 350-700ppm for your very first feed. I’ve learned over a long time you can always add more if you start light but if you go heavy you can’t reverse that easily and with autos you risk stunting them with something too strong at first.

You should be good for the first 5 to 6 weeks. Basically till their ready to flower. I would start the plants in jiffy pots or peatmoss. Nutramix hp or promix hp. The bag soils are very hard on babies until they have roots and are ready for the nutes supplied in the bag soil you bought. My diary I just started shows starting them in peatmoss. Cheers
