Please could someone explain the optimal level of humidity I should be at during the stages of veg and flower

nice chart , there you can seee wich humidity in should be your goal
weed loves temperratures between 20 and 28 Degrree,,,, under that theyy slow down... aabove that they are stressed

Start at 70 % for seedlings .
Reduce 5% every week in veg, until your around 50% for flower.
45% last couple of weeks if you can . And reduce temps slightly.

Seedling: Temp. 22-26Ā°C
RH 65-75%
Veg:
Temp. 18-27Ā°C
RH 50-70%
Flower:
Temp. 22-27Ā°C
RH 40-50%

Humidity while drying Safe?currently on vacation for another 48 hours. My dry room has no climate control, but it is very stable.
As you can see in the charts, my temperature has risen from 15.8Ā°+rh56.6 to 16.1c rh61.2 in 72h
If I continue to interpolate this, I ill end up at approx. 65%
