Fuzzy mold seedlings I’ve been getting the white fuzzy mold on my freshly popped seedlings after I put the in new HP pro mix/earth worm casings soil. I use a little rooting powder but other than that nothing else. I plan to pre spray next time with neem oil. Will this help with the mold/damping off?

first grow Hello. This is my first time trying to grow marijuana. After checking the main root with the paper towel method, I buried it with tweezers about 8 mm deep in coco medium. Right now I'm using very little fertilizer and just watering with pH adjusted. The light is 30 cm at 25% power. I'm going to wait a bit until it sprouts from this condition. Germination struggle I’m at a stand still in my germ process. The seed popped and showed a taproot, so I put it in my perlite. After a week, no change. I gently removed and put back into germ thinking I didn’t germ long enough. Am I dead in the water?

Germination issue - fastbuds auto cheese - why are the taproots taking so long to show?10 auto cheese seeds - 24 hours cup of water - tapped down, then 24 hours bottom of the glass, they pop and then 24 to 48 hours in damp paper sheets within two plates. has worked 100% of the time previously. 72 hours now - why so slow? whats wrong here? short taproot? thanks!
