It's contamination on the towel. From the paper being to wet. Pink mold spores. Seeds will be fine.

3/6 seeds not coming above ground After two weeks of having seen sprouts coming out of all 6 seeds between paper towels, I've only seen 3 come above ground. Fuzzy mold seedlings I’ve been getting the white fuzzy mold on my freshly popped seedlings after I put the in new HP pro mix/earth worm casings soil.
