Sweet Seeds not Germinating?

Has anyone ever had issues popping Sweet Seeds? I have tried to pop 3 of 5 seeds from my Sweet Pure auto CBD pack with no success. I have popped alot of seeds, never with this fail rate.
Using the paper towel method, sandwich bag in dome.
Also should i contact them?

Overzealous seed!Anyone else ever have a seed sprout inside a paper towel? It was less than 48 hours (I usually check at 24 but was busy) and she had busted out of her shell.
For a while now, Ive been using a paper towel and placing them on a running light for warmth and have had amazing results

This is my first time trying to grow marijuana.
After checking the main root with the paper towel method, I buried it with tweezers about 8 mm deep in coco medium.
Right now I'm using very little fertilizer and just watering with pH adjusted.
The light is 30 cm at 25% power.
I'm going to wait a bit until it sprouts from this condition.
