Sweet Seeds not Germinating?

Has anyone ever had issues popping Sweet Seeds? I have tried to pop 3 of 5 seeds from my Sweet Pure auto CBD pack with no success. I have popped alot of seeds, never with this fail rate. Using the paper towel method, sandwich bag in dome. Also should i contact them?

Fuzzy mold seedlings I’ve been getting the white fuzzy mold on my freshly popped seedlings after I put the in new HP pro mix/earth worm casings soil. I use a little rooting powder but other than that nothing else. I plan to pre spray next time with neem oil. Will this help with the mold/damping off?

Overzealous seed!Anyone else ever have a seed sprout inside a paper towel? It was less than 48 hours (I usually check at 24 but was busy) and she had busted out of her shell. For a while now, Ive been using a paper towel and placing them on a running light for warmth and have had amazing results
