The middle of the stem on one of my plants began to look damaged and shrunken into about day 5. (3rd Pic)
Unsure why this happend, thinking possibly over watering but I have been carefully watering them. Any ideas my fellow growers?

Looks fine. Your plant is much more focused on developing a root system right now so don't be overly concerned about top growth until after 2 weeks.

i dont know the issue in english, but sometimes the seedlings decide to wilt and fall down annd die... and yes most time it is to much water

Can soil runoff from pots be reused?Soil pot run off? besides test for my ph? i have no ppm meter.
Normally i use a mix of;
Foxfarm happy treefrog(12quart) soil
Foxfarm ocean floor(1.5cubic feet) soil
Bushdoctor coco mix(2cubic feet) coco/soil
New to my lineup is
