The dark brown is unviable, il tell you that right now , but others you might wait a week and then decide its gone, but before doing so, try getting a small thin maleable stick and use it like a brush, carefully, and dig to the seed, carefully find it and see if there is anything holding her down, i have saved about 4 or 5 seeds that would have been deemed trash if i had bot dug up the hole to see they were under a rock, stuck by some hair like plant matter, or simply going in circles under the ground, this one going in circles i just had to dig her up, leave the leaves outside to take direct light, and currently its called SP2 in my strawberry pie diary. You can see how well she is doing today, for a seed that would be digged up, trashed and replaced so easily that the pot wouldn't even remember the strain.
