It won't do any harm leaving them, but once they are completely brown/crisp, then remove them.
At the moment the plant will be "salvaging" elements (carbs, sugars, amino acids etc) from those leaves to use elsewhere for growing, so by leaving them until they are completely effed, it will give your plant a slight boost, and certainly a lot more than if they were removed prematurely!
Remember too, baby plants need baby feeding.
It is very easy to fix a slight under feeding, but very hard to rescue an over fed and burnt plant!
