In answer to your question, you should let it go for another 7 weeks or thereabouts. Then you can just use a broom and dustpan to harvest it. 😉

Rainwater pH?Should I worry about rainwater throwing off the pH of my soil? The water that I give them is always pH'd to 6.3. Will the pH of the rainwater inhibit my plant's ability to take in nutrients. Rainwater is slightly Acidic from what I've read.
