I am thinking of eather the LIGHTWAVE T5HO 60 CM (48W) or
MarsHydro TS 600 (100W)

raise light and power to get hight temps and better ventingso whats would be best option for me i have my light on 240w (25%) around 3 ft from plants my tent doesn't get over 74 and its not venting as much as id like my ppfd is around the 300 mark should i raise light and turn to 400w (50%)

78,600 lumens at canopy, ok for pre-flower and flowering?I have recently received a lumen meter. Measuring 78,600 lumen over canopy, is that OK? For my other grow, does anyone know how many lumens seedlings need (at about 25000 now) ? I can convert from PPFD or PAR. Educate me! ThanksWeek 7

Lamp distanceHello. I have a question about my lamp distance. I’ve changed the lamp to MARS HYDRO 2023 TS600 LED a week ago and a distance to the plant was 18 inches. During this week a plant grew and the distance became 12 inches. I lifted the lamp to 13 inches. What distance I have to keep?Week 6

Veg lighting approach? Switching from cfl to hps?I started my second grow a couple weeks ago with a 130w cfl in my 1m veg cupboard. I’m thinking I will make the switch to a 250w hps soon. Is closer to the light much better?Is the light closer better? I have a VIPARSPECTRA 1000W LED Grow Light (10W LED ,x100) and it says during veg 18-26 and flowering distance at 18-24”. Looking at other growers using LED they are closer. Should I try to keep it closer a little at a time? Is there benefit?Setup. Lighting

Switching from led to hps for flower?Howdy, does anyone switch from a blurple led board for veg, to a hps or similar style light for flower? Why, why not?
