CO2 is a waste unless you are growing in a closed/sealed system, it will just get sucked out by your fan before it provides any benefit to your plants.
Light is great, but they do recommend a mounting height above the canopy of 30-36 inches, so this may be an issue.

have to agree with @ezzjaybruh on this.
UV and CO2 are tools for advanced growers and not needed for home hobbyists.

CO2 is negligible unless you have equipment and knowledge just make sure your exchanging the air properly.
You can do a fungus bag for a simple small boost or just to feal good you did something?

Yes it’s an excellent light that should do your whole 4x4 easily.
Unless you have a dozen or so grows under your belt, or years of cultivation .. I say don’t use co2.
You need to have all parameters down to a science before bringing in CO2 IMO..
For it to be useful at least.
