Can I use the fan in my grow only when the light is on?? I mean, can I set it to turn on and off with the light in the same cycle, or should it always be on??

Keep it on all the time.
Airflow is great for plants for a variety of reasons.
When the light goes off, the humidity rises, with no fan this could quickly contribute to rot and generally reduces overall airflow to the plant.
Plants outside usually have breeze 24/7 too :)

Como regular el calor en el armarioI have a 1x1 closet with a 400w bulb, it's about 50cm from the plant and its temperature ranges from 25ºC to 30ºC while the bulb is on. Then during flowering, I'll switch it to 600w. How can I regulate the temperature so it’s not so high, and what distance should it be from the plant?Other. General questions

Ayuda con mis plantas ya están en la 3 semana de floración.I'm growing in a 1x1x2m space, I have a 600w bulb, I'm having humidity problems when the bulb is off it rises to 80% and it's already in the 3rd week of flowering, they're very close to the light at about 10cm and the upper leaves are turning yellow, what can I do??
