Time to defoliate?

I do defoliate a lot, i plan and form plant through all his life and in some cases its unavoidable. I can agree that if this technique is applied by armature or "pussy" , then it can make more harm. People defoliate without understanding why to do it. I want to smoke good bud, not only tops. Its commercial technique for big and HEALTHY plants. In my current Zamnesia run girls were striped 3 times in veg and once in flower. Next week ill do it again , i have 3 feet long colas, 10 plants and there is no way that my 720W would penetrate through. If anybody needs advice - ill give it. There is chat on this platform, use it. But if i see that plant is small or grow space and light can cope , i will advise not to do it. Fact.
