Hey there Pablo, If you've recently flipped your lights , I would give them another week or at least make sure that the stretch is well and done with before stressing the plant with defoliation. defoliation seems like a nothing for us, but it's HST for the plant so it does get some sort of shock right? Still though, i would defoliate, not a lot though, really take out the most egregious fan leafs, those directly shading flower nodes. plants "feel" the light on those nodes and do send them more energy getting them buffer. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Hey pablo i would definitely do a defo around now. I think a small one right before the. switch to flowering . And then doing another after flowering has begun. Clean up the bottoms of any shaded areas and then somewhere between 10-20% off the top of anything blocking the bud sites and enough to slightly see down through to your soil. Open it up for good airflow and light penetration. A lot of the leaves you remove will help to lower the humidity and transpiration as well. Happy growing ✌️

Hi there mate , Defoliation can be a contentious issue on here but I am not a fan of it unless it's to remove sick or brown leaves or the odd large fan leaf that may be blocking a bud. I believe the leaves are an essential part of the plants natural growth by collecting and storing energy thru photosynthesis. But I'm sure others will offer their opinion for or against but i hope Ive helped somewhat. Good luck 😀
