Should I trim?

Hello growers,
as you can see the strain is auto royal dwarf. (day 45).
it touches all 4 walls of the box. and almost no light reaches down.
1. do i need to trim it now?
2. or it is better to trim later and when?
3. or not to trim at all?
which option will be best?

Yes I usually do a really good strip around the first or second week of flower. You can remove a lot of the lowest suckers off the stems and just start removing the largest and the worst lookin leaves until you have good light penetration. Happy Growing and looking 🔥

+ i think you need more light, too much leaves in dark.

Should I do a pre harvest defoliation a week before harvest?What are the benefits and consequences of defoliating a week before harvest? Is it good or bad? I have tons of foliage up top and need it to go away. It's too late in flower, but a week before will open up the canopy to the lower bud sites. Any and all help is welcome. Thanks!

Popcorn/ mini branches keep/remove?Buds are tiny not fattening at week 6. I also have lots of popcorn nugs. Being first growth not sure to remove them or keep them at this late in flowering (week 6), might stress the girls out or might even help fattening buds?
Should i clean up the leaves as well?

LOOSE THE LEAVES or LEAVE HER ALONEI believe they are just finishing up the early flower stretch. Do u think i should do more thinning on the Bruce Banner(right) or leave her as is? Should i defoliate and/or lollipop this auto super mazar thats about 2 weeks into flowering?Its a dwc hydro auto super mazar. Shes 2 weeks into flowering and hella bushy. This is my first plant I've seen through to flowering so im scared of stressing her out but i need better light penetration.
