Usually they figure things out and start digging into the soil, but you might have to gently flip it around if it doesn't fix itself in a day or so. This happened to one of my seedlings this year too. Dig a small hole using your finger and then gently move the tap root so it's facing down and then cover it up. I would suggest using tweezers as the tap root is very delicate. Keep an eye on it, and it should start to grow properly. Just might be a little bit slower to start. Hope this helps. Cheers.
