depends in your light.......ive been using 27 watts led for small plants in a 15-20 cm distance ( high quality fullspectrum led =)
and as iaam having no clue about your light,,, i juust would say no.....

Is 500 ppfd on new seedlings ok?My light dimmer only lowers to 500 ppfd. I’m starting autoflower seedlings in a space tote before I move them into my perpetual harvest tent. I’m currently propping the light on its side so that the indirect light only hits around 300-400, as an attempt to reduce light bleaching.Setup. Lighting

Lights for heat- 24/7 okay?I really need the heat of the lights to keep the inside of my tent warm. To warm the air around the tent 24/7 would be expensive- much more expensive than using the lights all the time. But will this work with 24 hour lights? Will that stress the plants? Light Distance - 3 plants are taller than the others...Hi all. So I have 6 plants with a 400w HID. 3 of them are about 10-15CM taller than the others. My light is currently about 45CM from the top of the tallest one. Would this affect the shorter plants negatively? Should I raise them to the same level and up the light to 60CM ratherWeek 5

Just ordered a 150W Quantum Board, can I swap my Blurple UFO mid grow to the new board? Is it possible to increase flower size this late into a grow?My Blurple apparently uses 230W actual draw but is advertised as 600W. If that 230W value is correct, does that suggest my new, much more expensive QB is not as good? Will it make a difference to the plants health? What are the benefits from the QB? Thanks!6y ago

Light hanging distanceI’m not sure how high to hang my light. My plants seem to be all staying extremely squat and not stretching, though all seem healthy. Height Difference when growing different strains in one tentIm afraid my Gorilla will outgrow the Lemon Cherry significantly in height, will that be a big problem? or will the lemon cherry maybe catch up a bit in full flower so the difference in light intensity wont be that big? both same age.
