depends in your light.......ive been using 27 watts led for small plants in a 15-20 cm distance ( high quality fullspectrum led =) and as iaam having no clue about your light,,, i juust would say no..... and you write back wich brand you have

5 hr power cut in flower This morning my lights come on as they should but then I had a power cut for 5 hrs after the light been on for 1 hr in the morning. I'm 2 weeks into flower on a 12/12 ... What should I do? Start a fresh 12/ hrs so change up my timer or just leave them as their are??

Grow lamp setting veg or bloom or both?For my grow lamp settings this early on should I be using the VEG And Bloom spectrums simultaneously? Or just leave in Veg? Since these are Autos I wasn't sure if switching the spectrums was as important as maximizing light.

Hans panel 180 use veg mode or not I've got a hans panel, it's got veg setting and flower. i had it all day on veg mode, seedling was stretching so i placed maybe 30cm from the lamp, but now leaves turned bit yellow. Would it be better to put it on flower mode and place the seedling further away?
