Reflector and bulb problems

Hi I have two parabolic reflectors and when I accidentally hit them when I’m watering the bulb goes out so I turn it off and 5min later on again but now the bulbs don’t work so I replaced them and it done it again pretty sure it’s the reflector any1 have problems like this b4

Inside the socket at the bottom is a metal tab that can get pushed in if you over tighten your bulb. When you hit the reflector the bulb moves slightly and loses the connection so it shorts. You can try pulling the tab back out if you can. If you have an old bulb you can try to see if you resolved the problem. If not, then you need new sockets.

I’ve checked the wiring and it’s fine if I replace the bulb it will work for few weeks and then start playing up and turns of if it moves a bit and then after couple times breaks bulb

Bloom Light Supplement I am a one plant windowsill grower, but having trouble getting enough light for bloom due to cloudy days. I have a three prong red/Blue LED light off Amazon, Wakyme, that is not cutting it. Would this lamp work? Two bulbs. I will have to suspend it from a clothes rack.

24 or 18 and 6 Been running my lights 24 hours a day on my seedlings. Since I am growing autos, should I be at 18 and 6 now? Or should I keep running them 24 for the first couple of weeks to help veg up little before giving rest? This is my 1st time growing autos and 1st indoor grow in 20 yrs
