I wouldn't be worried, your plant will grow fine. Some strains have purple stems naturally and I don't believe purple stem to be a real issue.

Leaves continue to get yellow and fall off. Plant dying, bud looks okay.Still having issues with my plant. Leaves are getting more and more yellow and 2 have fallen off. Pretty far from harvest still for the leaves to be getting this yellow. Temps in tent are 18-22 c with leds 200w act wattage. Overwatered once but I doubt it would cause this. Ideas?6y ago

Nutrient burn, Light burn, or Phos Def? red stems purple bruises,Noticed red lines leaking red into the leaves with purple bruising, and the starter bottom leaves seem to be turning yellow, with the leaves above looking dark green with spots. Leaves turning yellow/pointing up, stem turning purpleHaving a problem with one of them.. all the leaves have gone very yellow and are pointing upwards. The stem is also very purple now. stem went from white to brown/purpleany body know why my stem turned a darker red/purple/brown color? Seems to be doing fine and has proper ventilation etc. Its in fox farm ocean forest watered&misted with plain dechlorinated water about 3-4 days after planting.

New red tint on top of branches caused by night of low humidity or other stress?This morning I noticed some branches on my young plants had turned reddish on top.
Last night the humidifier ran out of water and RH dropped to 40% overnight.
Could this just be a stress reaction to that low RH, or sign of a deeper issue?
