Photo or auto 4ft tall 56 days no flower

1 out of 5 juicy fruit is still preflower and are 56 days. The one that is not flowering is almost 4 feet tall and is the biggest of them all. I can’t imagine that a plant with such fast growth is a photo. If it is I’ll be happy. Is it definitely a photo? Also it’s light sensitiv
