Delayed cotyledons?

My first seedling doesn't seem to want to unfurl its cotyledons. Any ideas based on the attached picture in the skull planter?

First thing i would try is misting and raising humidity to 75 percent.

there is a thin skin above both leavetips that keeps them together,,, just spray with water on them ( lights off) and soon they defold
normally they do it all by themselves, when the leaves are growing dont worry

Too much light? Dry and weak leaves and growthShe born 10 days ago but her leaves look like dry and weak. She is under 310W led light at 24 inch and 60% of power.
