Starting week 4 Flower, I have my light (Viparspectra Par600t) 70% blue 90% red they recommend 100/100 for flowering. What u guys think? I kinda don’t wanna blast it with blue because Viparspectra are already high on the blue spectrum.

when to switch from 4k veg light to 3kI have 7 3 week old plants under 165 watt of 4k quantum boards. They seem to be stack tight. my question should I switch them up now to 3k 240w light to get a bit more height... or what I think I should do, be patient veg them 4 full week under 4k then veg a week or 2 under 3k.Setup. Should i raise the lamp to force the strech?I had the light the past few weeks 30cm over the plant on 100% wich has 930ppfd in 20h duration it was all together 65 DLI.
I want to force the strech from now. Do you think i should raise the light up tp 50cm over the plant?

Does anyone use regular Led lights?I have my 2 tangies growing one in soil and one hydro. I decided to try LED, lights 14.5 watts (2), a large plant grow light 8 actual watts (1), and a true day 9 actual watt. Has anyone else had success with these lights?
