i made LST on the plant at week 3, day 19. It is my first time growing and she is an autoflower, Is this method and timing correct?

I place a wire at the very bottom opposite of the wire that holds down the top. Then you aren't pulling on the roots.

Not quite, you're looking to get about a 75-90 deg. Bend in the plant. Might wait for another set of leaves to go before bending her.

Lower leaves too pale or yellowing?I am noticing the lower leaves of my Royal Critical Automatic to be much more pale green than the top of the plant.
