First time grow, brought these 2 clones as they are from shop 4 days ago (50 cm height), transferred them to their new pots.... LST, are they too big already ? If not when should I start ? Or maybe topping ? Any help would be much appreciated.

You can definitely LST these still. If you're short on space you could just tie her at about a 60° angle (relative to the 90° she is now). This will end up giving you a Y shape. If space is no issue, you can tie her right down as close to horizontal as possible. It will take a couple weeks for her to recover and start looking like a plant again, but you will have awesome bushiness and lots of new tops everywhere.

Those stems look pretty flimsy and should be able to tie her down.

You can start LST but care about not breaking any branches, you can tie them up at the end so the pressure doesn't apply on the stem ! Good luck ! https://www.growweedeasy.com/low-stress-training-lst
