I did some LST and I have no idea if I did it right or not. Lol the last picture is a before. I had just tied the top down that time. This time I moved the fan leaves so the lower bits can get more light and I'm not sure if that was the correct thing to do. White widow auto.
Hello Again Fellow grower :)
There are many ways to lst a plant people have done it in every shape you can imagine its a weed at the end of the day it will grow anywhere you guide it. this looks like a great start to circular LST where you train the plant around the pot to create kind of a halo that way you can maximize side branching and then obviously tops.
Though personally I would not train auto flowers and for one reason they just dont grow like a photoperiod plant they will not recover as quick if at all from stress inflicted on them I know alot of people do top auto flowers and train them but I'm sure they are well aware of the time it adds on at the end of the grow because autos only have a predetermined amount of energy not like a photo that you can reveg easily. any stress you cause on her will slow her down days or even weeks at the end :) if this was a photo period strain i would tell you to carry on training. But my proper advise would be to untie her and just let her go :) Hope this helps :) Look into a method called pony tailing that does not stress the plant and you can get similiar results as topping and LST training :)
Greetings growmie. It looks great to me but I am by no means a pro, hell I ain't even an amatuer, lol. But they look like all the pictures of LST I have been studying up on so I think your good. Good luck and happy growing.
You want to bend the main branch/stem/top down as close to horizontal as possible. This will force the plant to break its apical dominance and the lower shoots will start to receive much more focus on nutrient delivery which will fatten the stems for larger buds. Otherwise you will have a super fat main cola at top and a bunch of baby colas around her. You did do a great job spreading the plant for better light penetration though.
