Ideal time to begin LST ? Any tips and/or tricks? In the past I have just pinched and pinched until I had 6-8 main colas, but I intend to use 2-3 scrog nets and LST to attempt an even canopy.

Start your ScrOG at 8-12" tall. Flip to bloom once the net is nearly filled. Not recommended for autos. You should only need 1 net, if you use a second, it's only for supporting the buds.

You can start LST as soon as your plant has it's first true leaves.- this usually starts around week three so you're at the perfect timing. Happy growing.
