Changing Light from 14/10 to 24/0

My autos have been growing under a 14/10 Light Cycle(I have to turn on and off by myself) they are now in week 3 of Flower. Can I slowly adjust the light cyclus to be 24h or would it harm the growth more then itd help?

Plants need a sleep cycle. 18/6 20/4 is fine. 24-0 your plants will suffer.

I would switch it to 18/6 or 20/4 if you can manage it. You don’t have to ease them into it though. They usually get stressed out under 24 hrs of light and all other aspects have to be really on point or you’ll end up with deficiencies and lockout of nutrients and can have wild ph fluctuations.
