Changing Light from 14/10 to 24/0

My autos have been growing under a 14/10 Light Cycle(I have to turn on and off by myself) they are now in week 3 of Flower. Can I slowly adjust the light cyclus to be 24h or would it harm the growth more then itd help?

Plants need a sleep cycle. 18/6 20/4 is fine. 24-0 your plants will suffer.

I would switch it to 18/6 or 20/4 if you can manage it. You don’t have to ease them into it though. They usually get stressed out under 24 hrs of light and all other aspects have to be really on point or you’ll end up with deficiencies and lockout of nutrients and can have wild ph fluctuations. Which of the two options do you choose and why: Option 1: 1440w over 40sqft giving 36w per sqft Option 2: 1440w over 48sqft giving 30w per sqft. The difference is an extra 2x4 of grow space. Do i go for more lumens or more plants? This is my first LED setup

I don't have a PH meter, just some test strips. Can anyone recommend an inexpensive meter I can get in the UK? There's a bit of yellowing on some leaves (see my diary entry on week 8) Buds seem to be developing a bit slow Should I switch from 24 hr to 20/4 or 18/6 ?

I know it takes time for buds to stack and fatten up. My question is, will molasses be of any benefit to me or is that for the organic grows? As I've read the sugar feeds the microbes and not the plant itself. Also how's she looking? if it was your plant what would you change?
