Light pointed at white wall for supplemental lighting?

Does it makes sense to have a small 300W COB LED pointed at the white flat painted wall for supplemental lighting?
If I point the light directly at the plants I would surely burn them but have no space to move back.

I use those small cobs to give direct side light to the plants, I bring some as close as 10cm and everything is going well.

Not the most efficient, but if angling it at the plant from side is too close, you getting post the light (~90%) off one bounce. 81% second bounce...

Lights too close?While trying to figure out why my plant is so dwarf like I realized it might be the height of my lights. They’ve stayed that position ever since installed them. The problem is they’re basically at the ceiling of my box. Is my set up limiting its growth too?

Is it worth adding a LED 18w 2700k strip light for last few weeks of flower?Should I add this light for the last few weeks of flower? I have a Streetlight 18w LED strip see pics. I was thinking that if I added this strip designed for flower to my tent like a side light it may help my Viparspectra V300 in fattening those buds a little. Thoughts?

Just ordered a 150W Quantum Board, can I swap my Blurple UFO mid grow to the new board? Is it possible to increase flower size this late into a grow?My Blurple apparently uses 230W actual draw but is advertised as 600W. If that 230W value is correct, does that suggest my new, much more expensive QB is not as good? Will it make a difference to the plants health? What are the benefits from the QB? Thanks!6y ago

Grow lamp setting veg or bloom or both?For my grow lamp settings this early on should I be using the VEG And Bloom spectrums simultaneously? Or just leave in Veg? Since these are Autos I wasn't sure if switching the spectrums was as important as maximizing light.

Too close to the “sun”(light).... any advice?My plant grew close to 4x it’s original size during her stretch, 10-12” on day one of 12/12 to 46” tall. She’s on day 30 of flower and I set up a second ScrOG net. Other than blocking light to shorter plants, do you see any other potential problems this second net might cause?
