Light pointed at white wall for supplemental lighting?

Does it makes sense to have a small 300W COB LED pointed at the white flat painted wall for supplemental lighting? If I point the light directly at the plants I would surely burn them but have no space to move back.

Not the most efficient, but if angling it at the plant from side is too close, you getting post the light (~90%) off one bounce. 81% second bounce...

3000 watt power use This is my first time using such a powerful light in my opinion, 3000 watts seems overkill but that's what i want. The question IS, is it better to have 1-2 plants under the 3000 watt or worth it to manage 4 at a higher distance? Cheers. Don't keep techniques in mind.

LUX meter grow question Can someone check out the LUX meter video and tell me how I should be positioning my lights? I think maybe I have too much light on them. My meter says 600 (x100) that puts me at like 60000 lumen. The converter I used put that to 1541.36 umol/s/m2 which is a lot of light already

Light intensity for 2.5 week auto flower Can anyone recommend how high and what percentage to run my light. Tent too hot?I added two blurple lights - I'm not sure how much they're helping growth but they are definitely making the tent hotter - about 5 degrees F. I have a fan blowing at the bottom of the tent and at top over the lights but I'm worried that it might be too hot. Should I ditch them?
