Light pointed at white wall for supplemental lighting?

Does it makes sense to have a small 300W COB LED pointed at the white flat painted wall for supplemental lighting?
If I point the light directly at the plants I would surely burn them but have no space to move back.

Not the most efficient, but if angling it at the plant from side is too close, you getting post the light (~90%) off one bounce. 81% second bounce...

Grow lamp setting veg or bloom or both?For my grow lamp settings this early on should I be using the VEG And Bloom spectrums simultaneously? Or just leave in Veg? Since these are Autos I wasn't sure if switching the spectrums was as important as maximizing light.

Vegetative Plants and UV?as my plants grow bigger I added the second light in the tent but that one doesnt have switches for UV, IR so when I plug it in all the bulbs are working. Outside is only getting about 14 hours of light, is it beneficial to bring my girls in under my LED's for 4 hours to make sure they're getting a full 18 hours of light? then bring them back outsideSetup. LED distance in grow 80x80x160I placed the LED at a distance of 45-50cm from the seeds
and consequently it was about 65-70cm from the larger plant.
I have 4 plants
Is it ok like this?
I don't have a luxmeter and I use the phototone app to get an idea of the PPFD in each plant.

Pre run test showing high temp and low humidity,Hello,I have pre run to test the temps and humidity on my first one ,i run a 600w hps in a 1x1x2 tent with 5 inch rvksileo extract my temps at at 35c and my humidity below 30 despite setting for 55% would a test without a plant be false ? Should i drop to 400 ?
