You got a good idea of your base soil? Coz it might be too nitro rich if it's got lots of manure or excess acidic components.
As it is, that looks like acidity. I'd firstly throw calcium at it, and a fair amount of it, then magnesium, then sulphur (order of importance). Potentially some potassium.
