Unknown yellow spots on lower leaves?

Older leaves do whither and die. They will help supply other parts of your plant with nutrition. It sucks the life out of them so that other leaves may thrive. Be careful on using full strength nutes. Over feeding is very detrimental to your plants and if they do get overfed your nuggies and overall harvest will suffer. If your following the fert label for feeding, just go half. Cheers

skinny yellowing leaveshi! can someone help me identify this problem? my plants are a little behind (7 weeks old) but i have an issue w/two of them... the leaves are skinny and yellowing and pretty far apart the new growth starts off green & skinny and canoeing immediately. temp is around 73-75fLeaves. While I wait for new pH meter give less liquid ferts (to avoid pH problems) start from 7.3 then don't know where it goes prob somewhere between 6.6/6.Hi! Lower leaves=N def caused by flush prev week (due to build up), crispy yellow tips=P def? pH pen dead, watering blind, that's the main problem, using pH strips test.... 🤮
EC in 1.5 runout 1.9.

how long does overwater recovery take, or is this something else?lower yellow leaves to lime green leaves at the top. she got a little over watered i think and I started watering a little each 2 days.
the last photo is 10mins before lights out so has a more pronounced droop. there's leaf claw too, and ph is around 5.2Week 12
