Can a 1000w LED grow light be closer than 60cm (24") to a seedling?Different sources are saying: 1000w LED light should not be closer to a seedling than 60-75cm (24"-30"). The seedling should be getting 5000-7000 lux, 100-300 PAR (PPFD 18h) and 12-20 DLI.

Stunted??? What to do?Does anyone think these guys are stunted? I am a beginner grower. They are day 14 from seed, under a Viparspectra 450 on veg mode 18hrs a day. Germination soil and perlite only. seedling discoloration, leaning toward center, brown perlite despite no nutrients so farleaves of these seedlings look weird, almost looks like light discoloration, but they also seem to be leaning toward the middle of the box for more light. Also, the perlite is turning orangey/brown, just got a new light and dont have much experience with LED or growing in generalWeek 1

Slow indoor seedling growth4 days since sprout, issues with light timer, seedlings ended up getting 48 hrs of light after they sprouted, and this AM I found that the timer did not turn the light back on so it got 11 hours of dark last night instead of 6.
