Small imperfections are common and often not caused by anything in particular, just the leaves have not formed properly. The small yellow dots can be caused by wetting the leaves when the lights are on, but to be sure, check the underside of the leaves closely for any insects, particularly aphids or small caterpillars. More than likely though, they are just small blemishes, a bit like freckles on people and the holes a bit like dimples in people. Remember too, no plant will ever have 100% perfect leaves 100% of the time. The small holes will not affect growth rates, health, potency or anything else.
