By shrink you mean droop? The pressure that controls how a plant sits at rest is called tugor pressure, it's dictated by transpiration, pottasium is the nutrient responsible for maintaining tugor pressure, doesn't mean it's deficient, plant looks relaxed and chill, not much stress going on. Don't see any osmotic ec dmg. Most likely your ph is ok in that case, most likely just hungry for a bit more fert with added dash of nitrogen.

Hey there it looks like a lack of nitrogen when the plant was stretching. Also probably some over watering causing stunted growth When the plant doesn’t develop correctly at the beginning of flower the bud sites end up small and not every many Honestly there isn’t much you can do other than work with what you have and plan better next grow Just focus on watering correctly and having temps and humidity in a good zone I’d suggest upping the amount of nutrients a bit

Leaves always get smaller durig flowering...........the plant is concentrating on growing buds..........leaf growth is not important any more.
