You are still in early stages. If you have any bud sites that are covered by top fan leafs remove them now or leaf tuck as I can only see 3 flower heads im sure there's more than that. Bit of LST and light defol be careful with defol just take what's covering bud sites.

Honestly bro. I've no idea what you talking about the yellow is new growth and normal. And the week before pre flower growth slows down as energy is been used to produce flowering and push your plant into pre flower. She'll stretch over the next 15-21 days. She's perfecto.
