Are so much new little leafes in late flowering normal? Or should/could I do something?

It looks like your sugar leaves have gone into overdrive lol. This is typically caused by pushing too much nitrogen late in flower or it's just a poor phenotype. It will be a pain to trim but it should still finish alright.

No, it is not normal..........definitely a genetic weirdo. Unfortunately, genetic stability with autos is still not perfected.

Most probably reveging, your light schedule is wrong if its photo Could be aftermath of insane defoliation or bad feeding ratios Or just bad genetics.
