If you are absolutely sure it is not water...
I would honestly recommend you take it out of that soil, remix some soil and put it in another pot or at least in a different spot with some "clean" remixed soil around it.
It's still young enough that it should recover fine.

I dunno, even if that meter says "moist" it still just looks l ike it has too much water.
Is water maybe pooling in the container?

I don't feel like they are quite mature enough to pollinate yet.

Sickness or too many nutrients?the first time that I grow, unfortunately I am starting to have these problems on the leaves, I water every 2 days with 3 liters for 4 plants and I do every 2 liters (bottle) 2 ml "Power roots" 8 ml Alga Grow and 2 ml Green Sensation.
