Is it the symptom of insufficient light? I used 65W LEDs for 24hrs. It has been 5days after the tap root came out.

Yes Man, your plant need more light. Place the light to 30 cm (or less) from leaves and when you will transplant in a bigger pot burie at least the half of plant in soil. 24h of light cicle is too much, switch to 18/6, or 6/2 to keep veg on. P. S. Don't use any app to measure lux, they don't work with blurple lights.

Yes. 18/6 is optimum. Nothing on planet earth is "designed" to function for days/weeks/months without sleep. Your plant will need a dark period for a proper metabolism and normal functioning. A 65 watt light is pretty well useless, to be honest. Your plant will grow, but it will be a bit like growing an elephant by feeding it bread crumbs. Try lowering your light to about 8-12 inches, there is no risk of burning your plant with a 65 watt light. Regards, Organoman.

Most likely the light. Or your soil might be over wet or been wet for a while causing it to go a bit leggy.
