Is this Fem seed hermaphroditic?

Is this a sign of hermaphroditism? I just noticed what looks like pollen sacs forming on part of my Bruce Banner Fem freebie that I got. Just double checked and there are absolutely no light leaks. I’m assuming bad genetics if this is indeed a herm.

It's looking like a hermy. Might be wise removing it from your female plants if you have any.

This preflower crap is stumping me..Took another look at that pre-flower on my bag seed outdoor plant. It looks like it split open but I don't see any white hairs. Critical Auto 2.0 If anyone can help a newbie out I would appreciate any insight. This lady is on day 45 from seed. 3 gal fabric pot in Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil. Watering 3L every 2-3 days based on dry out. Ph has been 6.0-6.2 and PPM 800-900. Any ideas why there’s no flowers developing?
