Organoman got it same ease up on nutrients give them a bit of a break . When I see this I just water especially with soil cause a lot of nutrients stay in soil for a while and you want the plant to take as much as she needs don’t overload . I have had growth stop cause of over nutrients.

Organoman has it right. Well spotted early. If you follow organoman advice you won't run into a problem later down the line. Other then that your plant looks nice.

First sign of nitrogen toxicity. Either reduce the concentration of your nutrients or feed them less often. It is not the end of the World, but good that you caught it early and before the damage became severe. Most people ignore it until it is very advanced then want to know how to "fix it" overnight, but by then it is too late and their plants will never recover fully. Hope this helps,.............
