when you have strong lights you can get cal mag problems right? but actually that one is more a problem of the distance between the lamp and the plant. With 45cm in your distance, that means that you have enough distance. Anyway cal mag is not that dangerous you can put more if you feel your plant is asking for it. Hope this helps ! 🚀

LED lights sometime have an effect that can be confused with mg deficiency. Your base water should be at 0.5 to 0.6 EC (250 to 300 PPM) if it is lower than that, you need some cal/mg.

How much / often should I be defoliating?Currently on my 2nd grow. How often should I be defoliating? I did a big defoliation at the start of flower, but it seems like after a week they've grown it all back. I'm worried I will stress them out if I defoliate too much.
