The plant next to it has orange lines on the leaves, is this related?

Looks like budrot! Looks like flowers behind are also infected, make sure humidity gets lower, take out roten buds, inspect other buds. Defoliate where leaves are touching specially those touching buds...
Water a bit less if possible, more ventilation after inspection, it will infect other buds. Wash hands, dont touch other plants.

Why do my plants only have that light greenish yellowish look at the top and why is one of my plants also having those sick leaves at the bottom?2 of my 3 plants are a bit yellow-ish at the top since about a week. Plant 1 also had a couple of sick leaves at the bottom that I did remove. Those leaves had brown/dark spots, felt dry like paper, had very purple stems and did smell more like hay. Could this be from overwatering? Confused on plant drooping for over a weekThis 24 Carat started drooping around day 24 and seemingly hasn't recovered since then. I'm on day 31 now.
