Hi Bro, this is water-drop burning (in the 1st pic is clearly recognizable the "splash" pattern burn). The good new is that the green leaves tips suggest a good general health. Unfortunately the light burn damage will slowly cause the leaf to fall off but this will have almost no impact for the grow, consider it as natural defo. Cheers

Probably from moisture. When the plant rests and the leaves relax they could be touching each other or the ground. Then when lights come on it acts like a magnifying glass.
