Break it up with a fork, remove the top layer and add some new fresh soil to replace the soil you remove.
If you keep the surface roughed up every 10 days or so it should stop/slow it frim coming back.
It shouldn't effect your plant, it is only "eating" the goodness that is at the soils' surface.

If the plant is looking good I would keep it. The mold is most likely harmless so I'd continue on in the same pot. Just mind your watering and air flow to keep the mold under control.

Still cant figure out what's going on with this plant. EC was over 2 for a couple of days but has since been taken care of, last reading was .83.Is this a deficiency or some other kind of issue?
Some have suggested a p or k deficiency, but I feed Jack's 20-10-20 peat-lite so I would be very surprised if it was a P problem, and the problem seems to be all over the leaves, but a lot of them start from the base of the leaf.

Mold on soil ?On day 36 I discovered some strange white stuff on top of the soil in only one pot. Looks like mold and the plant seems not to be infected. Two days ago I gave both of the BioTabs Bactrex and Molasses as scheduled. Does anyone had this issue before ?

Can you spray water on bananas while they're still on flowers (around weeks 5/6/7) ?had a few plants herm around week 6 of flower. can i spray bananas with water FIRST (to kill pollen) then remove with tweezers? Worried about active pollen spilling. I've heard pull with tweezers and put in a cup of water. Don't want mold/mildew/etc. though!Buds. Other

White spot/lines on leavesI have white spots/lines on some leaves. it will not wipe off. It only looks like it mostly on the edges. Is the mold? Temp 77 day/68 night. humidty 45-55%. fans both over canapy and under. Mars 3500 at 16 inchs. Im kinda stumped. Thanks, in advance.
