What kind of mutation or Disease is this?

To me, from my experience , girls look on wrong watering regime, looks like you overwatered/ing them. Plus its obviously too much nutes ... Wrinkled leaves won't disappear, but they still work, but all girls look out of shape. You can catch her max in 3 weeks with new seed and result in harvest have chance to be decent, this girl won't offer you this ... Sad, but its my first ever advice - chuck her and start new ! Sorry bro !

EC level of the soil is too high. Check the drain to confirm. At this stage it should be somewhere around 700ppm

If it isnt PH then its genetics. The damaged lower leaves will have likely hit the soil on a regular basis, during lights out or watering etc

Hey mate, looks like a PH issue to me. If your in soil water going I should be between 6-6.8PH. Test your runoff... that should be within 0.5 of the water going in. If it's not you will need to flush. Water 3x the volume of your pot. (E.g 10L pot needs 30L of water) this will clean your soil of any excess nutrients/salt buildup. Hope this helps 🙂
