No airflow for drying

Im drying here in the box as i cant use the grow tent yet. Is it an issue that there is no airflow?
I haven’t had any issues with mould or anything. The average temp is 22 celcius and 55% humidity in the box.

Add a fan not to close and in a dark room

Should I put harvest into jars early?Should I put my harvest into jars insted of hanging? I harvested 2 days ago and my humidity right now is between 60-70% with fan and dehumidifier. I would do my conditions as described in the table.
limiting for me will be the temperature below 16.5C so that from day 9 with ~16.5 RH 56 will drive to the end ?
