Is it ok to leave it hanging like this for a week?
I cut off the biggest leafs.
Should I shut down the exhaust fan to keep it moist in the room?

Leave exhaust fan on, have air movement fan on but not pointed at the plant and after 2 weeks she should be fine.

i agree with Hashy. Darkness, no fan in grow area, but exhaust should work and change slowly air, plus get rid of smell through carbon filter. all you need 4now. think 12-17 days will be needed.

Air circulation is good, just make sure its around 60% RH and low temp (with lights off)
It should dry out in 8-10 days

HAY SMELLBuds smelling a bit like hay/wet grass! what's weird is that the fat main tops are "crispy" and smell sweet and fruity but the smaller buds are still wet and smell like hay. smell whily Drying in perfect conditions ?!Drying smells like hay in day 7,
i would say i have very good conditions with hardly any deviation +-0.5C +-2%RH to be seen in the pictures
They feel almost dry 1-2days then they are dry

Drying temperatureI have to dry, but the room where the tent is, is around 15/17°c.I have a mini heater that increase temperature to 19° in 5 minutes then it stops; extractor decrease temp to 18° in 4 minutes. Lower buds crumbled at harvestHi growmates, I tried flushing the last week, and the plant seemed to die, with buds beginning to dry. When I harvested, the lower buds just crumbled.
