The most common cause of powdery mildew is poor watering, letting your plants dry out completely before watering is not exactly good husbandry

Right so you have flushed her down to your base Ec 0.4. They all have ph 6. But when you feed your run off ph are all over the show. It could be a number of things this one. Powdery mildew needs sorting out ASAP. I would do a feed on all of them with whatever nutrient you use, make sure your NPK ratio is on flower, do a feed of Ec1.0 on each plant so you get plenty of runoff, catch the last part of each plants runoff because this will be more accurate then testing the whole lot of run off. Your Ph and Ec should come out similar to your inputs. Then let no more then top 1/2 inch off coco dry, then ph water and check Ec and Ph on last amount of run off again, the ec should come in under the Ec of your last feed. If it does you can wait for top 1/2 inch dry again then feed at a slightly higher Ec. Then repeat. If after the inbetween watering the Ec rises then your plant is eating so lower your Ec. Hope this makes some kind of sense.

Hey mate, keep flushing until you hit the right spot, it may take a lot. But you may still have a buildup that needs sorting and it will eventually get there. You can but I wouldnt advise it. Remember anything that you put on can get into your buds and change the flavour. If it were me I'd use some horticultural soap. Be cautious when putting it on. You'll need to resolve the issue that's causing WPM. Likely due to humidity, drop that down and increase air circulation. Get some more fans blowing on them.

Is it safe to spray neem oil on the leaves and buds in flower to stop the powder mildew? Won’t that affect the terps ?

Hey mate, You need your ph back on track. Test the runoff with a new pen. If it's not within 5.5-6.3 you'll need to flush. Pour 3x the volume of the pot. Catch the runoff towards the end and test the PH. Once you've done that you can give her your usual feed and she should clear up. Hope this helps 🙂
